Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products: Baby Clothes, Baby Essentials, Candles, and any Arts & Crafts items that have been opened or used.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
