Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – For orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 days after shipment

International Customers: We serve customers worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Customs fees and international shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Baby Clothes
  • Baby Essentials
  • Candles
  • Arts & Crafts items that have been opened or used

Return Conditions

All returned items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of our receipt of the return
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Original Shipping Costs: Standard shipping fees ($12.95) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you prefer an exchange and specify the desired replacement item
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return, and you’ll only be charged any price difference plus shipping
